We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced social atmosphere.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the bar team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
