Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our team at TYCHO POLY INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing and binding, with experience in operating high-speed presses and in-line binding and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Plan and coordinate production methods to ensure efficient and high-quality output
  • Estimate costs and manage budgets for printing and binding projects
  • Set up and operate printing presses, including setting up and adjusting in-line binding and finishing equipment
  • Remove and clean plates and cylinders at the end of press runs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in printing and binding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
Work Environment

The Printing Press Operator will work in a noisy environment with a fast-paced production schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Language and Hours

The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week.
