Job Title: Child Care Specialist

XUE GAO is seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Specialist to join our team. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including meal preparation and household management.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's activities, health, and development.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, patience, and honesty.

  • Ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
