Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to succeed.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed appropriately at all times.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail sales or supervisory role.
