Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage servers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage servers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
