Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
