Job Summary

We are recruiting a Property Administrator to support our client's Property Management department.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to make a meaningful contribution to our client's team.

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial real estate knowledge and administrative capabilities to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor monthly rent payments and communicate with tenants as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Property Administrators to deliver monthly rent receipt reports.
  • Draft tenant communications regarding rent adjustments, recoveries, insurance, and other relevant topics.
  • Maintain records of lease expirations and rent changes, providing advance notice to the Property Manager about upcoming events.
  • Process quotations, invoices, and claims related to completed work.
  • Prepare annual operating budgets and tenant recovery budgets, conducting monthly comparisons with actual expenses.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of the tenant, property, and key contact database (MPI database).
  • Perform administrative tasks including handling expense reports, VISA reconciliation, updating the website, and arranging travel.

Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education is considered a strong asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Property Administration role is required.
  • Previous experience in health and safety administration is considered an asset.
