Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Team Supervisor to lead our store operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of store employees to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
