Project Scope

This Business Process Leader position involves setting up and leading a Program Management Office (PMO) for Non-Integrated Areas (NIA) initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management, process development, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on driving transformational change and supporting strategic objectives.

The responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing a PMO framework, developing processes and governance structures, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of multiple business process projects, track schedules and budgets, and create a cohesive program-level strategy.

A strong understanding of process development, governance, resource planning, and communication is essential for this role. The ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders is also critical.
