Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Planning Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning, scheduling, and coordination of work for maintenance trades staff in hydroelectric facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement work management practices to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to identify and prioritize work requirements
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical, electrical, or physics
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in hydroelectric operations or a related field
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong understanding of work management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
