About the Facilities Testing & Commissioning Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Testing & Commissioning Manager to join our Scarborough Transit Connect team. As a Facilities T&C Manager, you will oversee and manage the testing and commissioning processes for all building systems, equipment, and services, ensuring that all facilities meet safety, quality, and operational requirements.

This role will work closely with project teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure systems are properly tested, validated, and ready for handover. You will develop and implement detailed testing procedures for all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems and equipment within the facilities and ensure tests are executed to meet performance and operational criteria.
