Job Title: Housekeeper

Gabriel Stevens, Alannah Stevens is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the employer's home.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, prepare meals, prepare and serve nutritious meals, perform personal and business errands for employers, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Childcare: Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers, bathe, dress and feed infants and children, prepare infants and children for rest periods, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, physically demanding, punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty, time management.
