Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple large-scale infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget requirements.
- Develop and implement effective project strategies, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction and project management, preferably in heavy civil projects.
- A degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of infrastructure development and project management principles.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
