**Position Overview**

The Manager, IT Infrastructure will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, as well as managing and optimizing cloud services. This role requires a strong understanding of network architecture, cloud platforms, and the ability to ensure the reliability and security of our systems. You will provide oversight of our cloud-based architecture and security infrastructure and have worked in a Microsoft Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they have the necessary network and infrastructure access.
- Plan, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and services.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of network and cloud services.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, expansion projects, and technology migrations as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Manage, optimize, and secure cloud resources on MS Azure platforms.
- Configure and maintain virtual machines, containers, storage, and other cloud-based services.
- Monitor cloud performance and costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and infrastructure, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
- Keep records of changes and updates to network and infrastructure components.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network and infrastructure-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and cloud administration.
- Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management best practices.
- Proficiency in network and cloud monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
