Job Title: Public Relations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team at Sphirea Plus. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a crucial role in helping us build and maintain a positive brand image across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and newsletters to effectively communicate our message to the public.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure coverage opportunities and build relationships.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities to track our progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help organize press events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to create buzz and excitement around our brand.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive communications strategy.
  • Assist in managing social media interactions related to PR efforts to engage with our audience and build our online presence.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with media relations, PR campaigns, and social media platforms to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing trends.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) to streamline our communications efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, or communications is preferred but not required.
