Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team at Sun Blinds Inc. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, pallets, and containers
  • Operating a variety of equipment to move materials and products
  • Shipping orders and picking stock
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Wrapping and packing goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Storing cargo and materials
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Hardworking and organized individual
  • Will to learn and train
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
