Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Material Handler to join our team at Sun Blinds Inc. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Shipping orders and picking orders and stock
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Providing customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Wrapping goods, packing and unpacking goods, sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Storing cargo and materials and organizing and maintaining inventory
Work Environment

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a team-oriented environment.
