HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representative

Engineered Air, a leading manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representative.

About the Role:

We are looking for a technical expert with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide technical support on indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment in the field. The successful candidate will work independently, executing hands-on activities such as lifting, operating machinery, and assembling products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on HVAC equipment in the field.
  • Execute hands-on activities such as lifting, operating machinery, and assembling products safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude while keeping the company's interests in mind at all times.
  • Work independently and accept assignments on short notice.
  • Occasional work outside regular business hours is required.
  • 50% Travel in and out of the province within western Canada is required.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma, HVAC or HRAC Technologist, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • One or two years of related design, production, or service experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
  • Experience in HVAC systems, control systems, or trades is desirable.
  • A Valid Driver's License and a clean abstract are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to problem solving in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team locally and remotely.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
