HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representative

Engineered Air, a leading manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Manufacturer Field Service Representative.

About the Role:

We are looking for a technical expert to provide on-site support for our customers, ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment in the field.
  • Execute hands-on activities such as lifting, operating machinery, and assembling products safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude while maintaining the company's interests at all times.
  • Work independently and accept assignments on short notice.
  • Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required.
  • 50% travel in and out of the province within western Canada is necessary.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma, HVAC or HRAC Technologist, or related discipline.
  • One or two years of related design, production, or service experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in HVAC systems, control systems, or trades is desirable.
