About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at S&F Qureshi Consulting Incorporated. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, review their progress, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
