Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Birchmount Lodge.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide personal care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
