Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Birchmount Lodge. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
