About the Role

ORBCOMM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Analyze market trends and make recommendations to improve procurement processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
