Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Lower Nicola Indian Band. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
