Teaching Quantitative Research Methods Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Teaching Quantitative Research Methods Professor to join our faculty team. Located in Hamilton-Niagara, Brock University is one of Canada's leading comprehensive universities.
About the RoleThis full-time teaching position involves instructing undergraduate students in quantitative research methods. The successful candidate will have expertise in teaching and research in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources and a strong track record of effective teaching at the university level.
Compensation PackageThe compensation package for this position includes an estimated annual salary of $83,400 ($14 per hour x 390 hours) based on a full course load. Additionally, the professor will be entitled to various benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting seminars and labs, and grading assignments. They will also be required to participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum materials.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must hold a PhD in Business or a related discipline. Senior doctoral candidates may be considered if there are no suitable applicants. Prior experience in teaching quantitative research methods and organizational behaviour/human resources is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
