This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and research community at Brock University. We are seeking an experienced instructor to teach quantitative research methods in the study of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources.
About the Role
This position involves teaching undergraduate university courses in the study of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, with a focus on quantitative research methods. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and research in this area, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
The instructor will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate university courses in the study of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, with a focus on quantitative research methods;
- Developing and delivering course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams;
- Assessing student learning and providing feedback;
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment;
- Collaborating with other faculty members and staff to achieve academic and research goals.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a PhD in Business or a related discipline, with a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods. Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities is also essential.
