Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for all Canadian employees. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial payroll legislation and company policy. They will also maintain employee records as per government regulations, process CRA remittances, garnishments, EHT remittances, union payments, and respond to union inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role. You should have knowledge of relevant government regulations, PCP or CPM designation preferred, or relevant work experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy, detail orientation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. Experience with salaried, hourly union, and non-union payroll is necessary.
