Medication Care Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Care Partner to join our team at Aspira Riverbend Crossing Memory Care. As a Medication Care Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, administering medication according to legislative requirements and policies, and providing assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with legislative requirements and policies
  • Review residents' Support Plans and provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence management
  • Monitor and document residents' vitals, weights, behavior, mobility, safety, and involvement in activities
  • Escort residents to social activity programs, appointments, and dining room
  • Promptly answer nursing call systems
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Medication Administration certification or willingness to be certified
  • First Aid and CPR certification, as well as experience with medication administration
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
