We're seeking an exceptional Android Developer Lead to spearhead our mobile service offering. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing technical leadership, clarity, and direction to both the team and clients. Your expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android Studio will be instrumental in driving the development and release of native mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate design/architecture discussions to ensure innovative and practical mobile solutions
  • Estimate, task, and prototype to deliver high-quality applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on features, design, and implementation
  • Clarify requirements with team and client representatives
  • Investigate, learn, and apply new technologies and processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading the development and release of native mobile applications with Android
  • Strong experience and expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Experience working with Android Studio or other mobile IDEs
  • Strong understanding of MVVM architecture
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
