Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Sign Maker - Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for creating and assembling signs and sign-related products from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate signs and sign-related products using a variety of materials, including metal, wood, and plastic.
- Assembly and Finishing: Assemble and finish signs and sign-related products, including sanding, trimming, and grinding.
- Quality Control: Inspect signs and sign-related products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities, including product inspection and quality control.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and dusty, with a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: The work setting is in a fabrication department, with a focus on manufacturing signs and sign-related products.
- Physical Demands: The job requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and manual dexterity.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork are essential for this role.
