Dahua Agriculture is seeking a skilled Harvest Worker to join our team. As a key member of our floriculture production team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as harvesting and loading/unloading crates and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant and cultivate crops in our organic farming environment
  • Harvest crops and load/unload crates and supplies
  • Mix and prepare soils to ensure optimal crop growth
  • Follow sustainable soy farming practices, including crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, and precision farming technology
