Pizza 67 Ltd. Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza 67 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
