We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza 67 Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Ensure seamless execution of daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of food and other essential supplies.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a restaurant or fast food outlet environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
