About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing superior service and product expertise to our customers at their sites.

Job Description
  • Diagnose mechanical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment and leverage top-tier technical skills to repair heavy equipment.
  • Maintain quality workmanship to repair Caterpillar equipment within established time standards out in the field.
  • Maintain excellent communication and trusted customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
Requirements
  • A valid Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A) relative to this position, following Provincial standards.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in repair and service of heavy equipment both in the shop and in the field.
  • Familiarity with Cat systems (ET and SIS).
  • A valid Driver's License (DZ License preferred).
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
