Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at Summit Life Vacations Inc.

Job Summary

The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including shipping and receiving
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Working Conditions

The Shipping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
