Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and we are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Hamilton office in Ontario.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate the movement of freight across North America and globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of shipments according to customer needs. This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Entering data into our system to create load sheets
* Shipment tracking – monitoring pickup and delivery
* Preparing required shipping documentation
* Minor accounting functions and data entry
* Participating in continuous changes to customer data procedures and ensuring new changes are maintained
* Possessing professional phone mannerisms
* Being flexible

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of previous logistics/transportation experience, in a 3PL environment preferred
* Knowledge of cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation, OTR truckload, including dry van, flatbed, reefer, etc.
* Robust industry with training and mentorship
