BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Kitchener, ON location. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

What will you be doing?

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a program that supports the development of children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a program that supports the development of children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff
  • Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary
  • Work to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials

Requirements:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) - must be a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE
  • Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
