Head Cashier

HIGHLAND FARMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Floor Operations: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure accurate stock levels, and prevent losses.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
HIGHLAND FARMS is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Head Cashier, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, handle cash and merchandise, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
