We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Highland Farms. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Floor Operations: Supervise sales staff, assign duties, and ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure stock levels, and prevent losses.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Accurate and efficient in cash handling and inventory management.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Head Cashier, you will be required to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
