About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Arden Holdings Inc.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for retail management to lead our store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all store operations, including merchandising, customer service, and team training & development.
  • Collaborate with the District Supervisor to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Train store teams on company standards and programs in accordance with the employee manual.
  • Take action on low performance and resolve conflicts with the support of the District Supervisor.
  • Recruit and retrain talent by motivating teams and recognizing good performance.
  • Conduct administrative and operational duties as required.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Prepare and manage employee weekly schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years retail management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and/or education in visual merchandising.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Proven people development skills and ability to assess talent.
  • Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
