Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SUPERIOR WASH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Computer and Technology: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including electronic mail and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
