Housekeeping Aide Job Description

Westover Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
