Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Westover Inn. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

Our hotel operates 24/7, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
