About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and replenish linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all areas of the lodge are clean and well-maintained
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
