Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Ensure all rooms are stocked with linens and amenities
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
