**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with experience working with Jonas Software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare financial statements, and provide exceptional customer service to our employees.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail. **Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll data and employee information
  • Prepare and process payroll cheques, as well as statements of earnings and deductions
  • Perform data entry and maintain computerized systems, such as Jonas Software
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with employment standards and benefits regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits administration

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as accounting or business administration
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with Jonas Software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
