Job Title: Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving growth for R-LABS and our venture companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with current and potential Limited Partners (LPs) to identify their specific needs and opportunities.
  • Manage partnerships with key service providers, including lawyers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage ongoing and future capital and corporate development activity, including sourcing new deals, preparing presentations and investment memos, and conducting due diligence and valuation analysis.
  • Expand and share knowledge of the real estate technology sector and the Canadian and global capital and innovation landscape.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital raising and corporate development functions, with a strong understanding of investment-related topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and value business models.
