As the USUI TIS Communications & Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support business readiness for core technology workstreams in the USUI Business Systems Program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans to support business readiness.
- Coordinating, developing, and achieving specific targeted deliverables.
- Designing, scoping, and leading the execution of people-related strategies and practices.
This role requires a strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder and relationship management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a broad business experience in change management/communications and engagement, including organizational change management principles and methodologies.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree in business or a related discipline and exposure to organizational behavior or psychology. A minimum of six years of related experience is required, including broad business experience in change management/communications and engagement.
We offer a flexible work environment that allows employees to work variable daily schedules with a flexible start and end time, or opt for a compressed workweek schedule.
