About the PositionThis role involves preparing customized medications for patients with specific needs. The Compounding Pharmacist will formulate, mix, and dispense medications while adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Medication Preparation: Prepare and compound medications according to prescriptions and established protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to compounding.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on compounded products to verify accuracy and safety.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and inventory management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patients' unique medication needs.
- Doctoral Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for this position. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $$100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
