Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Source Energy Services. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the completion of customer job orders, assigning trucks to specific jobs, and reviewing deliveries to ensure timely arrival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate completion of customer job orders
  • Assign trucks to specific jobs within oilfield locations
  • Review deliveries to ensure trucks arrive at delivery location in a timely manner
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatcher(s), transload staff, field personnel, and supervisors throughout the shift and at shift change for current status and issues
  • Manage relationship with third-party suppliers and vendors to monitor loading and delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience working in a dispatching and/or logistics environment with oilfield experience preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere under pressure
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change quickly
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on positive client experience
